Switcher Offer

• The offer applies to new BabySentry (BBS) customers only and is not available for customers who have licensed previous versions of BBS.
• The customer must migrate from existing 3rd party installations deployed and running (in production), or previous versions of these products, with a minimum of 20 users.
• BBS shall review and approve the list of eligible switcher licenses.
• All purchases beyond the initial order will be priced based on the regular BBS price list.
• Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Customers may also sign up for a 3-year support contract along with this offer.
• Offer cannot be combined with other offers and promotions.
• Offer valid till Jul. 2012.
