The Personal Demographics section acts as a phonebook to search for patients or add new ones. Designed for easy navigation through patients' records, the form displays ID cards, any intended donor/recipient cross matching, and spouse links. Other tabs will include additional personal characteristics with a snapshot, a list of referral instances and insurance details. |
