Notes:

To include all progress notes and documented medical notes (color-coded) to the selected patient. | |

Male History:

To record family and medical history of the patient, which will include their sexual, health, psychosocial history, and any allergies or risk factors. | |

Scrotal Exam:

To enter all testicular ultrasound findings and capture snapshots. | |
|
Sperm Analyses:
|
Three types of Sperm analyses: Simplified, Complete, CASA with motility grading, a mock trial, WBC and stem cell count, seminal culture results and past sperm analysis history. | |
|
MAR test :
|
To record the presence of any antibodies. | |
|
SPA test:
|
To detect the ability of the sperm to penetrate a hamster egg. | |

GnRH challenge test:
|
To view the patients' FSH evolution in a graphic display. | |

Male lab tests:
|
To include a variety of assays and panel templates created by you, and to manage connections (uni or bi-directional) to over 500 different lab analyzers with Instrument Manager. | |

Testicular Exploration:
|
To record examination at different levels of the testicular issue, with Johnsen's score for spermatogenesis evaluation, a histology report and a connection to the microscope to attach snapshots. | |
