Notes:
- Progress notes and complete document managing archive system.
Male History:
- Medical and family history includes all user-defined parameters. Fully interfaced to the patient portal for online questionnaire acquisition.
Scrotal Exam:
- Testicular ultrasound findings and image snapshots.
Sperm Analyses:
- 3 types of Sperm analyses: Simplified, Complete, CASA with WHO or user-defined grading.

- Include a variety of assays and panels and to manage connections (uni or bi-directional) to over 500 different lab analyzers or referral labs.
Testicular Exploration:
- Clinical and lab examination at different levels of the testicular tissue, for spermatogenesis evaluation, a histology report and a connection to imagery.
