To assist new users and administrators:

• A complete online Help manual is available with every application, along with a search for listed key words, and a glossary made up of all relevant medical words.
• Onsite installation and training are provided with both IT and Medical. Typical training is 3 to 5 days, extended periods may be requested.
• Two (2) follow-up sessions are usually scheduled 3 and 6 months post installation.
• Training is provided with each major release
